Hey Bloggers! This week, all the Senior Syndicate went to Waikowhai Intermediate on a bus to watch their production named, 'This Is Me'. The production was really funny and was filled with dance, singing, monologues, and much more. The production was also made up except for some of the songs that were played. We left school at around 11:40 am and arrived 11:45. The production started at 12:00 pm and ended at 1:55 pm. There was an intermission in the middle of the production for everyone and also everyone sang This Is Me and the end. There were contemporary dancers, hip hop girls and boys, Kapa Haka, 19th Harmony (Singing group), Pasifika mix dance group, choir and much more. Also, when we came back, we used the De Bono thinking hats to reflect on the show. Here is a photo of us watching the show and my De Bono thinking hats work.
The Waikowhai Intermediate production was amazing. Considering it was there first time performing in front of a big audience was impressive. The show was actually about showing your true self, not being someone that you aren't and not changing because of people. Feel free to leave a positive, helpful and thoughtful comment. Blog you later
