Anzac Day Crosses and More.

Hey Bloggers. Most of you guys should know that it was Anzac Day last week in the 2 week holidays. So for the past few days of Term 2, all of is have been learning about Anzac Day. Here are some stuff that I learnt.
I learnt that there is a some kind of Town in France ( Le Quesnoy ) that was attacked by the Germans, but the people from New Zealand saved all of them. I also learnt that there is a man who died in the war and no one knew his name.  Here are some pictures!

We put out crosses outside of our Staff room. Hauraki put all of them out.  Anzac day is really important to New Zealand because New Zealand fought in World War 1 and 2.

  1. Hello Shabeera,
My name is Bella and I am a year 6 at Papakura Central School.
I really like how you included pictures with the post. I never knew a man died in the war and no one knew his name. I found that quite interesting and defiantly learnt something today.Maybe next time you could include more information and presented this in a different way like Piktochart or Emaze. Overall good job and keep up the effort.
    Blog you later, Bella.
