Tiritiri Matangi Trip!

Hey bloggers! On Thursday, we went on a fun, amazing and fantastic Trip to Tiritiri Matangi! Tiritiri Matangi is a sanctuary for endangered animals like Black Robins and Takahe. We travelled on a bus to the ferry place. After when we are on the ferry we took a stop to Gulf Harbour then continued to Tiritiri Matangi! When we got there we got into groups and went with our tour guides. After an hour or more, we were near the lighthouse, eating lunch. When we finished lunch, we did activities, went to Hobbs beach then we on the ferry again, heading back to school. We left school at  8:00 and came back at around 5:40.
Here are some photos of the day!

One thing I like about the trip to Tiritiri Matangi is that you could buy food on the ferry and that there is no predators on the island. Something that I learnt is that there is 1% of Takahe left and that the NZ Wood Pigeon sometimes cant fly because they are too fat. Maybe one day you will go to Tiritiri Matangi. I was in a group with Ben, Abby, Alex,  and Bruno. Please feel free to leave a positive comment. Blog you later!
